Chinook Roofing & Solar is hiring immediately for Sales Representatives! Our Sales Representatives work directly with residential and commercial property owners to provide premium roofing & energy solutions with the best customer experience around. As the fastest-growing Veteran Owned and Operated roofing & solar company in the state, we take pride in creating the most competitive veteran sales program around. 1 year of sales experience required - Sales Representatives train extensively through our in-house Veteran Shadow Program. You’ll work with industry experts to learn the specifics of roofing and solar components and receive industry-leading coaching on the sales process to be fully equipped to serve clients to the highest degree possible. Our Sales Representatives earn $70,000k-120,000k in their first year! General Contractors and roofers are welcome to apply, we do the sales side and the installation side.

What You’ll Bring:

• VETERAN/Prior military experience preferred but not required
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Must have reliable transportation to and from HQ
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Must have reliable communication (smartphone preferred)
• You must be comfortable getting on a roof
• Prior in-home sales experience is preferred but not required

Job Responsibilities and Description:

This position revolves around identifying exterior renovation needs for clients and property owners and working with them in a consultative setting within their home or business to assist with initial action items to begin work on their projects. Our Sales Representatives are trained to specialize in both retail sales projects initiated by clients as well as storm damage restoration and are focused on facilitating the initial phases of a build via signing agreements, arranging financing where necessary, and providing follow-up communication to keep clients informed on their project status. Sales Representatives will be expected to meet minimum performance standards and present themselves with integrity and professionalism at every appointment.
